"CLEOPATRA" MAKES ITS WAY TO L.A.

By Film Threat Staff | December 2, 2000

“Cleopatra’s Second Husband” begins with a nice, tidy premise — Robert and Hallie hire an attractive couple to watch over their home while they vacation in the country. But the situation reaches critical mass when the invited sitters refuse to leave, and Robert takes an emotional nosedive. It isn’t long before the new live-ins have everyone questioning one another, and their own sanity.
Beginning [ Friday, December 1st ] , “Cleopatra’s Second Husband” will have its Los Angeles premiere at the [ Mann Plaza in Westwood ] , which is located at [ 1067 Glendon Avenue ] . The film will screen several times over the weekend, so show your support for this debut event and get ready for a very dark ride.
