Cine 16 is a once-a-week free film festival that highlights educational, documentary, art, and animation films that approximately span the time period from 1960 through 1985. San Jose locals get to feast upon an ever-changing menu of 16mm film; this week’s chosen ones include selections from Wolf Koening’s “Discussions in Bioethics” series, as well as Oscar-winner Cynthia Scott’s “Chronic Problem” and a mass of other rare and classic films.
