On [ Thursday, November 16th ] beginning at [ 7:30 PM ] , the Black and Brown Shorts crew will unveil another round of diverse and inspiring film from African American, Native American, and Latino American filmmakers. This installment will take place at [ Coleman and Smith’s Artistic Company, 6448 Santa Monica Blvd. (between Wilcox and Cahuenga) ] in Hollywood, CA.
This week’s festival is a special Year in Review salute to all of the past year’s best submissions. The highlight for the evening will be a featured presentation of “Boesman and Lena,” which stars Danny Glover and Angela Bassett. The film recently took home three awards from the prestigious Telluride Film Festival.
