Actress Lauren Hays has fashioned a career for herself in the in the fly-by-night world of B-movies. No small feat. With her sultry looks and commanding screen presence the striking brunette can be seen in straight-to-Blockbuster potboilers like “Surf, Sand and Sex”, “Club Wild Side”, “Web of Seduction”–and a flick with one of the greatest titles ever, “Stripper Wives”.
But Hays has proven herself to be more than a pretty face with a killer body. She’s moved into the business end of things with an associate producer credit on the film “Stripshow.” As well as a gig as a reporter for Playboy TV’s “Sexcetera” And beyond that, she’s shown her resilience by being a working actress in Hollywood for the last ten years. And her icon status in the low-budget genre was celebrated with her appearance in the 1998 documentary “Girls of the ‘B’ Movies.”
In a business filled with self-important yahoos and lazy swine, Hays is like a breath of fresh air with her down-to-earth attitude and relentless work ethic. And, of course, it doesn’t hurt that the man upstairs blessed her with a truly eye-boggling body. Indeed. Our heroine is a force to be reckoned with.
