Palm-Star Entertainment signed on the dotted line to bring Brett Easton Ellis’s “Lunar Park” to the big screen. The book is reportedly Easton Ellis’s most personal to date and tells the story of a “narcissistic, self-pitying drug fiend who gets a shot at redemption when movie star Jayne Dennis, an old flame, offers to marry him. The deal is that he must now connect with Robby, the son he has shunned for 11 years.” Nice!
If it’s Easton Ellis…it’s gonna be good. Lets hope they get Roger Avary on board to direct. His “The Rules of Attraction” is an under respected masterpiece.
