2007 San Diego Comic-Con News: HIGH QUALITY “THE DARK KNIGHT” TEASER TRAILER SURFACES

In an odd move, Warner Bros. said nothing about “The Dark Knight” during their Comic-Con presentation, instead relying on a publicity stunt outside the convention center to get fans going. Coinciding with WhySoSerious.com’s urging this morning for new Joker recruits to look up for the answer, a plane flew by with a phone number, 1-800-395-9646, that, upon calling, gives you riddles to unravel along with the WhySoSerious site. Eventually your answers reveal the following artwork…


…and everything culminates with a high-quality version of the teaser trailer, shown below in Flash.

Finally, the fun clipping found on the site regarding Joker’s recruitment, seems he needed someone to represent him in “some sensitive negotiations” and, well, read the clipping…

Got to love that new viral marketing scent…
