The trailer for Dreamworks’ remake of Hideo Nakata’s “The Ring” is now online and damnit, despite anything I’ve said in the past, it actually looks pretty good.
Directed by Gore (Mousehunt) Verbinski, “The Ring” tells the story of a reporter (Naomi Watts) who tries to unravel the mystery of a videotape that strikes anyone dead seven days afer watching it…kinda like what “Pluto Nash” is gonna do to everybody.
