The Jerry Maguire video store is open

By Chris Gore | January 16, 2017

The fine folks at Everything is Terrible have more copies of Jerry Maguire on VHS than you could possibly imagine. In fact, they have so many copies of Jerry Maguire on VHS (about 14,000 units) that they have brought to life The Jerry Maguire Video Store at iam8bit Gallery (2147 Sunset, in Echo Park). It’s a perfect re-creation of a video rental store circa 1996 — but solely populated with rental copies of Jerry Maguire. It almost makes you want to watch the movie Jerry Maguire again!
The store will be open from January 13-29, 7 days a week, from noon-12pm. There will be free events on the opening and closing nights, as well as ticketed events featuring Chrome Canyon, Mike Diva, Daedelus, Caroline Goldfarb (OfficialSeanPenn), LA Takedown, Part Time, Kate Berlant, Wham City, DJ Douggpound, Versace Tamagotchi, plus Everything Is Terrible!

Sadly, Magic Mike was terieblr. Like really, really bad. The dancing scenes were awesome because Channing Tatum can move but sadly nothing else was that great!
