18 year old actor Haley Joel Osment has been charged with misdemeanor driving under the influence of alcohol as well as misdemeanor possession of marijuana after his July 20th “car vs. brick pillar” adventure. Always the over-achiever, Osment aimed high with a blood alcohol level of 0.15, which is 0.7 over the legal limit of 0.8. Well, that legal limit really only counts if you’re LEGAL.
The good news is that it adds a new twist to The Sixth Sense: he didn’t see ghosts, he was drunk off his a*s and stoned out of his mind, making the entire movie a hallucination…
