Lorry Kikta is a film critic/poet/essayist/screenwriter/DJ/event planner/etc who grew up in Georgia but has called NYC her home for 12 years. Her top five favorite movies area Apocalypse Now, Ghostworld, The Brood, Beware of A Holy Whore, and Beetlejuice. She regularly attends film festivals such as TriBeCa, New York Film Festival, Brooklyn Horror FIlm Festival, as well as covering a series of other film festivals remotely. She has interviewed many fantastic people including Laura Dern, Gus Van Sant, and Alessandro Nivola, just to name a few. She lives in Ridgewood, Queens with her boyfriend Greg and her cat Peanut.
