“Sexual Facilitator to the Stars” Scotty Bowers is 94 years of age and has just joined Twitter to help celebrate the upcoming theatrical release of Matt Tyrnauer’s documentary Scotty and the Secret History of Hollywood. He will be available to pass on his special brand of life wisdom and sexual gusto digitally.
Scotty was a soldier fighting in the Pacific in World War II and then became famous in Hollywood as a sex worker and a gentleman who could make discrete introductions when companionship was desired. He later told his stories as an author, after, he says, most of the clients he dealt with were dead and his revelations wouldn’t hurt anyone. His co-writer Lionel Friedberg, said of his coming to Hollywood: “Scotty doesn’t lie about anything. He’s a poor kid from a farm in Illinois, and when he got here, his two assets were his big penis and charming personality…”

Bowers identifies as pansexual and has been living and espousing the “no labels” lifestyle for over 70 years. He has decided now through Twitter his fans and anyone with questions can and should benefit from his talent, knowledge and legendary discretion. Scotty is also legendary for refusing to bow to homophobia, even long before the current acceptance of gay culture. He refused to be embarrassed about sex and has been writing and talking about his life as a sex worker and fixer for many years.
