NBC has brought on Doug Liman to produce a new “Knight Rider” series for the network. Similar to the “Battlestar Galactica” launch, the new series will begin with a 2-hour telepic that, if successful, will then be fleshed out into a full series.
Oh, and this time there might be “evil cars” to battle against…
