WEST VIRGINIA INTERNATIONAL FILM FEST LINE-UP

The 16th Annual West Virginia International Film Festival, which will run from [ November 3rd ] to [ November 12th, 2000 ], will screen approximately 21 feature films and 10 shorts. This year’s line-up includes an impressive roster of some of the year’s most anticipated, and critically acclaimed, indie films.
Ang Lee’s visually stunning epic “Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon” will start things off on November 3rd. Also slated for a Virginia screening is “Dancer in the Dark,” Lars Von Trier’s musical-drama which stars artiste Bjork in a career-making role, and the Festival also welcomes New York City filmmakers Aiyana Elliott and Dick Dahl, who will appear in person to screen indie documentary “The Ballad of Ramblin’ Jack” — Aiyana is the daughter of the musical legend and subject of the film.
