From now until [ February 15th, 2001 ] , you have the chance to submit your two-minutes-or-less short film to the Short Attention Span Film and Video Festival’s nationwide tour. This is the ninth year running that the Touring Festival has brought short-shorts to over 16 cities all over the country.
When submitting, think eclectic: the Festival prides itself on a very diverse slate of shorts, with animation, narrative, and all absurdities in between.
