This eight-minute video short was made by some very stoned guys who might still be in high school, though one of them has a pretty developed goatee, so I don’t know. It’s sort of just fragmented, though it does develop a joke or two to such an extent as to require several setups, edited in order. They’re trying to be funny, and once or twice, they almost succeed, despite a complete lack of understanding regarding how to hang lights, how to cut footage rhythmically, how to smooth out your sound, etcetera, etcetera. Well, at least it’s punk rock. I felt like I was watching a long rough cut of a commercial for, like, apathy. Why don’t you kids go play outside, and get some air? It’ll be good for you.
