Psychobilly music is a little bit B-movie, a little bit horror, and definitely loud. The First New York Psychobilly Rumble, which will take place in the city that never sleeps from [ October 27th through the 29th, 2000 ] , is setting the stage for a full schedule of the genre’s best bands, including Batmobile, The Hangmen, The Quakes, NekRomantix, The Brimstones, The Photon Torpedoes, Mad Bombers, and Demented are Go.
Ravenous Pictures will be on-hand to film the event, and the project will be hosted and narrated by the infamous international domanatrix, Mistress Persephone, along with Reverend Doom, the lead singer of the horror rock band Cult of the Psychic Fetus.
