Jim Carrey has dropped out of the film “A Little Game” which was to start shooting October 19th. Not only did he leave the project, but actress Cameron Diaz and director Gabriele Muccino have also left. Both Carrey and Diaz left on account of the third act of the film and the rewrite that was promised still did not make them happy. James Schamus, writer of such films as The Ice Storm, is saying he will re-write the script for “A Little Game” to hopefully get back the two actors. This is the third film right before shooting that Carrey has either lost or abandoned entirely( Used Guys and Ripley’s Believe it or Not being those two other movies).
