[ November 12th, 2000 ] was the final day for the completely triumphant Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival. The event, the longest film festival and the record holder as well, managed to reel in a grand 54,000 film goers over the course of 28 days. The newly-announced Festival winners are as follows:
