The 2nd Annual International Festival of Darkness takes place in Baltimore, Maryland on Thursday, October 11th through Sunday, the 14th 2001. So you’ve got plenty of time to clear your calendar! The International Festival of Darkness is an annual film festival featuring the works created by independent and professional filmmakers. There will be short/feature film competitions (including live action, experimental and animation) and the groundbreaking works of visual effects artists and cg animators from studios such as Canada’s Mainframe Entertainment Inc. (creators Transformers “Beast Machines”, War Planets, ReBoot). Not just a celebration of film, the Festival of Darkness is also an independent production company based in historical Baltimore, MD, home and resting-place of macabre storyteller Edgar Allen Poe.
