Screening at this year’s Big Apple Anime Fest (August 29-31) will be “Doggy Poo,” a stop motion clay animated short based on the best selling children’s book of the same name.
“Doggy Poo” tells the story of a dog turd that lives in loneliness with very few friends. Well, he’s dog poo, what do you expect? But apparently, at the end of the flick, this little pile of poo breaks out of its shell, inspiring others to do so, as well.
How many times are you going to see a heartwarming tale about dog s**t? That’s right. So if you’re in New York City during Labor Day weekend, you’re advised to check out “Doggy Poo” at the Big Apple Anime Fest.
