AN AMERICAN "ANTHEM"

By Film Threat Staff | December 27, 2000

When then-26-year olds Shainee Gabel and Kristin Hahn left their Hollywood jobs behind in search of something bigger and more meaningful…little did they know that they would soon be lounging at the White House with George Stephanopoulos, or cutting through Colorado backcountry with Hunter S. Thompson.
But these events, and many more, met the intrepid duo as they set out to document “the American dream” in their road-doc, “Anthem”. The film is now out on video from Zeitgeist Film, and you can find out more about the trip, the people, and the end result at the [ official “Anthem” site. ]
