The 7th Brooklyn International Film Festival has announced their 2004 award winners. The winners were chosen from 113 films shown in competition from June 4-13, 2004 at the Brooklyn Museum. The films selected explore political, social, human and philosophical themes from genuinely imaginative points of view.
