Independent filmmaker Clint Milby just had the honor of winning the Rob Zombie Film Contest with his film “Drain U”. As the winner of the contest, ten minutes of “Drain U” is available for download at Zombie’s website.
“Drain U” is a 33 minute film about a young girl who is abducted by a crazed family who run their own bloodbank. Right up Rob Zombie’s alley.
After winning the contest, “Drain U” was accepted to the Edgeworks Festival and the Melbourne Independent Filmmakers Festival. Yes, winning contests can definitely be helpful in getting your film out there.
