Human rights activist Meleeka Clary makes her directorial debut with the legal thriller Three Corners of Deception. The feature film is the story of a young female college professor’s whirlwind love affair and the nightmare of being caught in a trap of lies and deception.

Based on actual life events, Three Corners of Deception depicts a child custody battle of a mother as she combats the inner workings of a corrupt judicial system controlled by a “good ol’ boy system” with the help of her lawyer husband. Based on a true story, the divorce and custody battle are carried out in a court of law and filled with more deception than the marriage itself.
