HOUSE OF SAND AND FOG

IN THEATERS! “House of Sand and Fog” features a great performance by Ben Kingsley and a very good performance by Jennifer Connelly as two seemingly incongruous characters who are both headed on a path to destruction. The only problem with “House of Sand and Fog” is that it’s too faithful to the novel it was based on and it might’ve been a great film had it not been as faithful to the novel and gotten rid of one annoying character in particular…
