Streaming Cinema 2.0, the “First U.S. Fest of Internet Only Flicks,” has announced a call for entries for their second annual program, which will be held at the Philadelphia Festival of World Film in April of 2001.
The festival is accepting fiction, non-linear narratives, documentaries, animation, and even cell shorts (works made for wireless devices!) for this program, and the deadline for all entries is [ February 28th, 2001 ] . Submissions can be made via URL, email or CD-rom in Quick Time or MPEG format.
