Polish composer Maciej Zieliński has written the music for the new film Desolation, a Hitchcockian thriller: after being whisked away to Los Angeles by a handsome Hollywood star, Katie is left alone in his apartment, where strange and scary things begin to happen.
Both a film composer and a contemporary classical composer, Maciej has written scores for some of the biggest Polish blockbusters of recent years. For the unusual Desolation score Maciej utilized a one-of-a-kind instrument called the yaybahar.
