Looks like a combination of They Came From Within (aka Shivers) and Squirm.

I was thinking "Squirm" as well, with a "Tremors" setting.

At least the "Firefly" fans will turn out.

Looks interesting...from James "Tromeo & Juliet" Gunn (and he wrote the Dawn remake, which I liked, although there's no need to start *that* debate again).

And at least it has the balls to be rated R, which is more than I can say for a lot of other horror films right now...
