I may be late in the game, but I just purchased a DVD player with no regional coding. It was one of the best purchases I made in years.

I am no longer a slave to American DVD releases.

I have just purchased and watched;

Perdito Durango allowing me to trash my murky VHS bootleg.

Blood on Satan's Claw, un available on US DVD.

Witchfinder General aka The Conqueror Worm sans the horrible music track tacked on by New World and in British and Euro versions.

Vampire Circus the Hammer film I have been waiting for a loooonnnngggg time.

A whole new world of DVDs has opened. I would suggest anyone who already hasn't, go online, buy a regionless coded DVD player.

I'm so happy, I just had to share.

Damn straights! Best purchase I ever made of course mine has a HD and records. Seriously, I just tore through a spindle of 100 blank DVDs faster than I've ever gone through blank CD-Rs.
