So for all the cool people that know this brillian b-movie action star consider your self awesome in my book. Hes gotten a reputation for being one cheesy actor(and believe me he is), but thats why so many love him;hes not afraid to take something that most wouldn't. well anyways hes got a new film called "the defender" and even though its got the same plot as most of his films (pres is kidnapped, dolph and his band of mercs go after them) the film's action is very well choreographed considering it was shot on an 8 million dollar budget. It doesnt have an official website so if anyones interested check out amazon or google it for more details. If theres any Dolph fans let me know. Later

I don't know your involvement in the movie and quite frankly, I think you're a plant. What's wrong nowadays with writing a press release and sending it out to various media?
Next time, have the good sense to just be yourself (a publicist or someone close to the production) when talking about a movie, not as you try to be here. Otherwise, you're off.
And please...

Don't do that crap again. The true sign of a plant on a forum is one who already likes some aspect of an upcoming movie, rather than letting the reader decide on their own terms whether or not to see it.

So, is poor spelling and questionable grammar the new tactic for plants to 'blend in' on web-forums?

It's been that way for a long time. It's their misguided belief that it's how they'll look normal on a web forum, but they never bother to check each of the forums they post on to see if their writing matches the style of it. In our case, it doesn't.

I don't think he's a plant.
I think he's an honest to god Dolph Lundgren fan. Do you think the committee for Dolph Lundgren movie promotions would be smart enough to send plants to film forums?
Of course, I suppose I shouldn't talk about plants.

Yes, because they sure as hell wouldn't get an audience any other way.

I doubt they even care anymore. IMDB says we're the last country to get this one.

Well, an audience still needs to be gathered somehow and this is the way that person does it.

Plus, this guy is talking about a movie that has yet to come out (October 18) and that's one sign of a plant. The difference between that and an early review is that on a site like Film Threat, we make known who we are by our bylines and just by being on the FT site.
He may be a schill for the movie, but
I Come In Peace Kicked Ass
Alien : "I come in Peace..."
The Dolphster: "and you go in pieces"
Seriously though I always kind of liked Dolph, and I'm not sure why.
Oops there I go legitimizing the plants thread.

Yeah, eversince i saw him in Rocky, I've been a big fan. When i watched The Defender, I kinda got Rocky flashbacks. The movie rocks by they way, if you ask me. They made it with an 8 million dollar budget, but it looks good.

It aired in full English in South Africa in April. There are probably bootlegs all over.

No Hadji, I meant the release date in the United States, October 18. That's why this shill posted that.
I juss wanted to paost that "Return of the Death Murderers" is caming to DVD very soon. It well hve FRank Stallone as teh star and only cost 8 millioon dollers. I liek Frank Stallone vary much and it well have lots of Death Murdering thet you wont balieve for only 8 milioon dollers. Some movies ned 20 millioon dollers to heve lots of Death Murdering but tihs movie only neds 8 millioon dollars.
Ok, bye
End of commercial.

I think you just stumbled on a new career Zen. :D
Shhhh... Guys, you're blowing it. This is my big audition for the Dolph Lundgren Direct to DVD Street Team. If I can get this, think of what might be next! I could be plugging movies for VanDammage in "Goth Teens w/ Cutting Issues" messageboards!

I love Dolph Lundgren and I'm going to see the Defender today! His last film, Direct Action, wasn't bad.

Dolph, if you're going to post here, at least post under your own name.
