Okay, so yesterday my Dad treated me to the noon showing of "Star Wars Episode III", and aside from the fact that there were only 20 people in the theatre & the tickets were $6, it really wasn't a treat.
Sorry fellas, I have the SAME complaints as I did with the last two... WAY too much reliance on the CGI, terrible dialogue & wooden characters! Did I care about "Mannakin" Skywalker's descent into the dark side?... Not really.
Was I scared of the evil emperor sith lord?... Yawn. Did it bother me when all of the "good" Jedi & younglings were slaughtered?... Nope. I did find it highly amusing that there seemed to be a real fondness for lopping off limbs in this
film!
The only redeeming factors were that we got to see Wookies kick ass, Jar-Jar Binks was only on screen for 2 seconds & the whole story got neatly tied back to episode IV in the end.
THANK FUCK IT'S OVER!
That is until George Lucas decided to go back & tweak his films even more (and you know he will). I still say that the first 3 films rule, and that's a fact!
