Totally disagreed with Phil Hall's 1.5-star review of "Mystic River."
I haven't been this shaken by a film since Aronofsky's "Requiem For A Dream."
Several of the performances (Harden, Robbins, Bacon) blew me away, and the unconventional ending was thought-provoking in the best way.
The film did have some flaws, but overall it ranks as a definite must-see and a welcome return to form for Eastwood.
