I find this remark to be just silly. Robert Rodriegez did not shoot a frame of "film", so he called it a "flick" - grow up Kevin Carr. Some people actually make MONEY at this, not just wannabe's with a camcorder. Some people take their craft serious enough to invest in film because "films shot on film" have more value in a marketplace.
I find it just plain pretentious to call a camcorder movie made in 3 seconds a "film".
The "review" winds up being less a review than a summation of Kevin Carr's thoughts on Digital Video.
