Just ordered my copy. I know (cause of the hard core sex) they won't sell it in Utah. So I had to go through a mail order house. I've heard about this movie for years under the title "They Call Her One Eye".

Yeah, it is killing me to wait until the Sept. 28 release-shipping date. Oh well, I have waited years to see this movie. Another month won't kill me.

I ordered mine from Synapse last Monday and it was delivered on Thursday, which is a record for me.

I too have been wondering about this "cruel picture" for years, after reading reviews of it in Shock Cinema and online. I had incredibly high expectations, and as is often the case when expections are stratospheric, I was a little let down. A lot of it was kind of boring, though the payoff is pretty sweet. It's definitely not my favorite revenge flick, which, BTW is still Ms. 45, but it's an important release and should be scooped up by any self-respecting grindhouse geek before it's completely gone. I'll have to re-watch it a couple more times before I feel like I've really soaked it all in, at which point I might soften up on my initial judgement.
